Heckler & Koch makes the following statement regarding arms deliveries to Libya:

At no point in time have there been shipments to Libya of the G36 rifle or any other HK-products through Heckler & Koch or its associated companies or organizations. Arms that have appeared in Libya were obtained illegitimately through channels unknown to Heckler & Koch.
