Change of management 

Mr. Wolfgang Hesse, member of the executive board of H&K AG since January 2016, came to an agreement with the company's supervisory board not to extend his appointment as board member beyond the current term which ends December 31, 2018.
 

After being interim CEO for the group and the successful onboarding of the group CEO, Dr. Jens Bodo Koch, setting the course for the company's ongoing positive development, Mr. Hesse will take on new challenges outside the Heckler & Koch Group.

The supervisory board regrets and respects this decision, thanks Mr. Hesse for his great commitment and the results achieved over the past two and a half years, and wishes him all the best and good luck for his private and professional future.
