Shareholder Dispute Resolved: Federal Court of Justice Rejects Appeal Against Denial of Admission
The Federal Court of Justice (BGH) rejected Andreas Heeschen's appeal against the denial of admission on February 11, 2025. As a result, the judgment of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main from December 15, 2023 is now legally binding. Consequently, the 13,925,498 disputed shares have been transferred in rem to Compagnie De Developpment De L’Eau S.A. (CDE).
With this newly established legal clarity, a previously unresolved corporate law issue has been eliminated, although it never directly affected the operational business of Heckler & Koch at any time.
