Reorganisation of the shareholding structure above CDE
Heckler & Koch has been informed about changes concerning its majority shareholder, Compagnie de Developpement de l’Eau S.A. (CDE). Accordingly, CDE is now exclusively held indirectly by Mr Nicolas Walewski. As a result, the shareholding structure above CDE has been considerably simplified. Heckler & Koch welcomes these changes, which, from the company’s perspective, offer greater clarity and transparency.
