H&K's termination of rating agreements with Moody's & S&P
as a consequence of refinancing

H&K decided to terminate the Group's rating agreements with Moody's and S&P since none of our new financing agreements require the Group to be rated any longer and we currently do not expect to want to issue a listed bond requiring rating in the future either; consequently there is no need for us to continue to be rated.
