Annual General Meeting

The ordinary general meeting of H&K AG will take place on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, 10:00 a.m. (CEST), without the physical presence of shareholders or their authorized representatives at the location of the general meeting as a virtual general meeting in accordance with Section 118a AktG. A physical presence of shareholders or their authorized representatives (with the exception of the voting representative appointed by the company who is bound by instructions) at the location of the general meeting is therefore excluded.
