Annual General Meeting 2025 of H&K AG

The Annual General Meeting of H&K AG will take place on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (CEST), without the physical presence of shareholders or their proxies at the location of the meeting, as a virtual general meeting in accordance with Section 118a of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG). Physical attendance of shareholders or their proxies (with the exception of the proxy appointed by the company who is bound by instructions) at the location of the general meeting is therefore excluded.
